To avoid breaking off any brackets, we recommend you stay away from foods that are sticky, hard, crunchy, or require taking a bite from (e.g. apples, corn on the cob, caramel, sugary gum, nuts, raw carrots, etc). We also recommend changing the way you eat by cutting foods into small bites. For example: cutting an apple or carrot into small pieces for consumption).
